Snowboarding is one of my favorite hobbies in the wintertime! Living in the Bay Area and Sacramento for the past eight years put me in close proximity to one of the most pristine snowboarding locations in North America, Lake Tahoe.

I’ve been snowboarding since I was young, but couldn’t find much reason to go until after I graduated college. Since then, I’ve been going every winter and try to mix in travelling along with my snowboarding hobby, going to resorts in Utah, Colorodo, and to Mammoth Mountain in California. I’m always looking for more snowboarding friends and anyone with an Ikon Season Pass! I’m hoping to visit more places and snowboard a lot more in the years to come!

Speaking of travelling, I am also an avid traveller. I’ve always tried to travel to a new country every year and am in love with trying out new foods and gaining new experiences!

I’ve visited many of the countries within Europe now and I’ve set my sights to visit some of the most popular countries in Asia! With Korea knocked off the list, my next journey will be in Japan where I’ll be staying there for a month to see the sights and solo-travel for my first time.

During the rest of my free time, I’ve recently started reading quite a lot! I’m mainly into the Science Fiction and Fantasy genres, with my favorite books being anything written by Brandon Sanderson, especially the Stormlight Archives , the Sword of Kaigen by M.L. Wang, or Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir. I’m always looking for new recommendations and this definitely has been a good way to avoid doom-scrolling on my phone!
